February 18th – 24th 2013 will see a week of solidarity actions with Mexican trade unions who are under attack from the Mexican government and multi-national companies, who are trying to smash independent unions such as Los Mineros (miners and metalworkers) and replace them with ‘yellow’ company based stooge unions.
The Mexican government has recently introduced some of the most vicious anti-union laws in an attempt to break free trade unions.
